Pipeline magazine is published monthly for Salvationists and friends of The Salvation Army.
The magazine reports on current news and events on Salvation Army corps and centres, and relates individual and group profiles to worldwide events.
Focusing on the local and global Christian scene, Pipeline's articles on contemporary Christian issues seek to encourage readers towards personal and spiritual growth in Christ.
Copies of Pipeline and supplements are available at Salvation Army Australia Eastern Territory corps and centres.

Awards
In 2006, Pipeline won several major awards from the Australasian Religious Press Association (ARPA). It was recognised in the following categories:
Best Feature (Magazine or Newspaper): Awarded runner-up for "A nation's death warrant", an extensive article on the HIV/AIDS crisis in Papua New Guinea written by then Pipeline journalist Bill Simpson. Published December 2005 issue.
Best Layout (Magazine): Outright winner
Best Photo Outright winner for "Desperate Eyes", a photo by staff member Richard Cause. Published February 2005 issue.
In 2005, Pipeline won the Best Ecumenical Story category.
More than 90 publications are members of ARPA and contest the awards.
