Our partnership

The Oasis Centre Wyong is working with REACH for Training who will facilitate the SIT20416 Certificate II in Kitchen Operations here at the Oasis Centre Wyong.  Students will complete at least one day of theory in the classroom combined with practical on the job learning in our commercial kitchen called Oasis Kitchen assisting with all food preparation for our cafe and catering programs.

Course description

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working in kitchens who use a defined and limited range of food preparation and cookery skills.  They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.
