We'd love you to join us Sunday.

Here's what to expect.

BEFORE THE SERVICE

Parking is easy on either River St, or in our carpark on Nambucca St.

Grab a cuppa out the front of the church, and be welcomed by some friendly faces.

People wear whatever they feel comfortable in: we have people coming in shorts & T-shirts, jeans, suits, or Salvo uniforms.

Come in and sit anywhere you like - we'll help you find a seat. If you're coming on your own, we'd love you to sit with us!

Bathrooms are easily accessed off the main hallway.

Baby change facilities are available in the mothers room off the main foyer.

We make kids feel welcome in the service. We have a segment during the service each week where we get to know our children, and then all kids pre-school age and up depart together for a special Kids Church in the multi-purpose room next door for the second half of the service. Here they play games, do craft activities and learn about the Bible from our trained and approved teachers. Find out more about Kids at NRC Salvos.

DURING THE SERVICE

Our services are relaxed, engaging and usually go for about 1hr 15 mins.

We don't expect any prior knowledge - and we explain everything that we do in the service as we do it.

We sing a few songs together to worship God and focus our attention on Him.

We take up an offering, where we choose to offer back to God appreciation for everything we recieve from Him. There is no obligation for you to give anything. The offerings we recieve support the work of the church and keeps us active in our community.

We read some short passages from the Bible and our leaders spend about 25 minutes teaching from the passage.

We pray together, for ourselves, our families and friends, our community and our world.
