This is a free counselling service to help people manage their budgets, repay debts and deal with creditors and debt collectors. 

Our financial counsellor is well-trained and will encourage, as well as enable you to get your financial difficulties under control.

 NILS (No Interest Loan Scheme)                                                                                                                                                          NILS loans are provided to enable people living on low incomes the opportunity to purchase significant or essential new household items, or a service, that improves their quality of life or enhances social and economic participation, where they would otherwise not be able to access fair and affordable credit. 

Depending on their capacity to repay, eligible people can borrow up to a maximum of $1500 through NILS.  Minimum loan is $100.
