Make your mark.

Being an officer in The Salvation Army is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people and bring about change to communities. The greatest way to see Jesus Christ’s’ mission, compassion and love impact our world is to lead God’s people in the task. Being a disciple of Jesus Christ is about active involvement in His mission. As an officer you get to live out that mission, you get to see God at work in this world.

Called or Compelled:

Some people feel a distinct calling in their life to become an Officer, and responding to that call is their way of being obedient to God. Others work through a rational process in which they recognise that who they are and what they have to offer God is best served by being an Officer in The Salvation Army. Either way, The Salvation Army celebrates whenever people offer their lives to serve the Lord in ministry.
