Offering a unique, empowering experience with a focus on homelessness, mental health, well-being and community, their past will be shared through their music and discussion facilitated by The Salvation Army will focus on their journey since overcoming homelessness as well as what students can do to become everyday community contributors.
When we visit schools, students always ask us how they can get involved. The Couch Project is a National fundraising, volunteering and advocacy campaign held on Friday, 16 September 2016 and is the perfect opportunity for students to get involved after our visit. Our hope is that we inspire each School to take action, whether big or small. A campaign pack will be provided to each school filled with ideas and resources for your students.
