Player Agreement

 As a participant of a sports program at 'The Salvation Army Tweed Centre' I agree to abide by the following:

1. That I accept responsibility to arrange my own personal insurance and I will sign the Injury Indemnity Form before entering the court of the first game of the session.

2. That I will abide by The Salvation Army Tweed Centre's rules and regulations avaibilable from Centre reception and our website (basketball, netball).

3. That I will pay the full registration fee within 3 weeks of the commencement of competition. Failure to pay will result in exemption form the compitition.

4.That I will respect the ruling of Centre Management and umpires.
