If you need assistance with a transitional accommodation referral, please contact us on (02) 9380 6308. If we are unable to take your call at that time, please leave a message with your name, number and reason for your call and we will respond as soon as possible.

Link2Home is a single statewide information and referral service to assist homeless people and those at risk of homelessness. Link2Home provide information, assessment and referrals to homelessness services across NSW 24 hours a day.
