Make a difference in someone's life by assisting staff in one of our services or by becoming a mentor. Mentors are wise and trusted friends who listen, believe and inspire young people to reach their potential.
You can also support our team of Outreach Workers who conduct coffee runs and street walks throughout the inner city, getting to meet some of our young people along the way.
Working directly with our young people does require some preparation through attending a volunteer training program which is held at least twice a year. Details of dates, duration and cost of these training programs will be available on the Oasis website soon.

Volunteers can assist at the StreetLevel café, preparing and serving meals to homeless and disadvantaged people or at the Oasis Op Shop in Kingsford which raises funds for Oasis and provides work experience for some of our young people.
Volunteers also provide assistance to Oasis admin staff by helping with a range of duties.

Event Volunteering:
Volunteers play a key role at Oasis and we are fortunate to have a number of dedicated volunteers assisting in the delivery of Oasis’s innovative programs, services and major fundraising events throughout the year.
