Works best for

A medium to large group that can be evenly divided into two teams.

Need:

2 Bath mats. (make sure that they do not have a non slip underside)
Obstacles. E.g. chairs, bins, boxes...

The game:

This race needs people to sit on the baths mat and slide across the floor in an "inchworm" manner" (as shown in the video)and go around the obstacles and return. Once returned the next person goes. When the whole team has completed the race the team is done. First team done wins.

Notes:

The race can be only one way. Split each team into 2 and place half on one end and half on the other end. Rather than doing a loop you can can go only one way to speed things up.
Make sure that the floor is slippery. The game will be very difficult and time consuming if it's done on carpet.
