save- olivia cook

24th May 2010 by Julia Hosking

I went to a youth rally with my friend Tonyka late last year.

Before then, I didn't think anything of God. He was just something that I didn't believe.

After singing some songs at the rally, some people told their testimonies. The one by Amanda Hung changed my life.

I was so much like her. I hated my image, I thought I was fat, I didn't fit in, I had problems with self-harm.

She changed my life and for the first time I felt God in my heart. After that, Amanda came over to me in prayer. I told her what we thought, and she prayed for me and I prayed for myself and from that night, I have dedicated my life to God.

  3. Great story! I encourage you to continue to share your testimony with others. Just like you have dedicated your life to God through Amanda's story - I believe your story will also be able to encourage others right when they need it. Bless ya!
