Territorial Commander, Commissioner Linda Bond, is locked in as a mailbag author in 2010!

I'm pretty excited by this - it's such a massive privilige that Commissioner Linda would make herself available to respond personally to questions people ask. I'm so keen to see how this goes! It's gonna be mad fun.
