Happy Happy Shake

11th December 2009 by Shandri Brown

Works best for:

Any size crowd as an up-front activity between 2 or 3 contestants.

Need:

  • 2 blenders (fairly hardy ones).
  • 2 McHappy meals.
  • young people with strong stomachs.

Prep:

Have a table already set up with blenders plugged into powerpoints. Someone can be doing this as you lead through something else or find your volunteers.

Have a couple of bins or buckets nearby for contestants who can't swallow the shake or need to spit it out.

The game:

Simply have your contestants up the front where everyone can see them and let them know they are going to have a great shake... on the house. Bring out your ingredients. Put the entire Happy meal in the blender (after removing packaging)..yep put in the cheeseburger, fries and drink. Volunteers hit blend and after a minutes blending contestants race to see who can drink their happy shake fastest.

Notes:

Obviously the amount of happy meals and blenders needs to correspond with the amount of contestants. If you have 3 or 4 contestants then make sure you have that many shakes ready to go.

Don't make someone sick over it. There are usually enough crazy guys prepared to do it without forcing some young girl to pump it down, which could result in some nasty clean up.
