A group of at least 8 (for 2 teams of four). Indoor large space. Will not work well on carpet.
a puck - any smooth plastic container or object.
Divide your group into two teams. For large groups you may want to create more teams and have 2 games going at once or have short round-robin style matches.
Give each team member a pool noodle hockey stick and a side of the field. Go over basic hockey rules for those who have never played ie. the aim is to pass the puck through your team and get it in the goal.
Blow the whistle and let them go for it!
