Hey, my name is Kristina. I was first saved at one of The Salvation Army's kids camps when I was 12. When I was there, they felt like my family, so I committed myself to God in search of a new life. Later I suddenly I lost my connection with him, and then I felt lonely. But I had support from those friends I met at the camp, and made some friends at this other church called C3.
My friend Tyler took me to one of the functions called "I love Sydney". I had so much fun they asked if anyone would like to commit themselves to God, or if they would like to reconnect to God. I had a feeling that someone wanted me to go up, and so I did, and from there on, I feel like God is always with me, holding my hand.
I made a promise to God that on my 16th birthday I would volunteer to help at the school holidays kids camp, and I hope the Salvos will accept me, for I will do my best. Thank you Salvos for everything you've done for me, and thank you C3 for your help as well.
