Fan Club

This is an icebreaker that involves the whole room and has no embarrassment factor!
Simply have everyone turn to someone beside them and play Paper, Scissors, Rock until someone is out and someone is left victorious. The loser of that round becomes the 'fan' of the winner, so the fan must find out their hero's name and follow them around cheering "Go Jethro" (or whatever the hero's name is. Do not shout Jethro if their name is not Jethro).
The winner heads toward other winners and elimination rounds begin. When someone loses they (and all their fans) become fans of the new winner until from the whole room there is one winner with many fans.
Note: Have some background music but don't let it overpower people's voices. It could be good to demonstrate some 'true cheering' beforehand to get some over-the-top loud stuff going through the game.
