Amazing but true...

Works best...

These are often referred to as 'Table Games'. They work great in medium to large groups where young people are broken up into many smaller teams - especially in something like a cafe church setting where everyone is sitting at tables (hence the name).

What you need

  • A computer with Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • A screen and data projector.

The game

This is pretty simple... it's a self-contained trivia game! Simply download the PowerPoint file and you've got a great segment ready to go. All the slides, including slides with the questions and with the answers, are ready for you to use.

Spend a little bit of time familiarising yourself with the game before running it. Are you going to do all the questions and then do all the answers? Or are you going ask and then answer one question at a time? You'll need to work this out.

Notes...

  • One of the best things about these games is that they encourage teamwork and interaction, so they're great icebreaker and relationship-building games.
  • Paper tablecloths and crayons are a fun way for teams to write down their answers.
