In the contxt of accountability and support, Liam and Rachel empower (resource, equip, coach and release) for strategic ministry The Empowering Team.

Consequently, the Empowering Team empowers members of Lake Community Church into ministry. The Empowering Team consists of leaders who are responsible for ministry oversight. This team empowers by providing:

The Empowering Team is presently Liam Glover, Rachel Glover, Brock Saunders, Karen Sagala, Stuart Martin and Louise Proud.

We see Lake Community Church as part of the Kingdom of God and seek to build together our part of the Kingdom.
