WORSHIP TEAM

Centenary

We are so super blessed to have Centenary coming to KINGDOM COME! These guys are amazing at what they do! They're great musicians, have loads of personality and each strive to model a lifestyle of worship.

The band then began work on the follow up record. Bringing in the likes of producer Brendan Anthony (who has recorded INXS, Midnight Oil, Jimmy Barnes, George, Able & Brianna Carpenter from Australian Idol) and featuring guest guitarist Michael Guy Chislett (The Academy is, Butch Walker & Hillsong UNITED) the result was the highly acclaimed second EP titled 'You & Me' (available on iTunes).

The band has forged ahead evolving their sound and live show which has seen them share the stages with such diverse acts as MXPX, Switchfoot, Antiskeptic, Angela's Dish, The Getaway Plan, Project 86, Guy Sebastian & Brooke Fraser. Their polished live show and ministry focus has also taken them to such festivals as Blackstump Festival, Big Exo Day. Parachute Festival as well as Hillsong conference.

The boys then took a break to write a record their new single 'Shine Your Glory'. Recorded with the legendary Blair Simmons (who has worked with artists like Something For Kate and Brooke Fraser) at the mixing helm the new single speaks about dealing with holding onto faith as we deal with issues of this world and through it all find a way to show God's love, light and passion to those around us.

Winners of Australia's Got Talent 2010 and national hip hop champions in 2009 they volunteer hours every week to teaching hip hop to young people who might not otherwise be able to afford lessons. Nathan Casey

The story behind Nathan Casey is a mystery...

Legend has it that he was born in the Gobi desert, found by wandering Mongolians and raised by a family of rabid donkeys. Today Nath Casey is the youth pastor at the Ingle Farm Corps in Adelaide, and over the last 7 years he has also been a high school chaplain and a social worker with homeless youth. Nath loves seeing youth come to know Jesus and is even more excited when those youth then show Jesus to others!

Tim Hawkins

Tim Hawkins is one of the most experienced Christian Youth pastors in Australia. He has now been a full-time youth pastor in a local church for over 30 years.

Tim is a great believer in what Christian high-schoolers can accomplish in their own ministry at their own high school.

Tim regularly speaks at local churches, youth ministries and conferences to encourage biblical models of youth ministry and has written numerous revolutionary books. But much of his focus remains in his own church - both to the congregation at large as well as to the youth.

Tim is madly in love with his wife, Karen, and is the proud dad of his daughter, Carly, and his son, Joshua. He has coached his son's football team for 12 seasons, and he enjoys eating chocolate and watching mindless TV.

Robbin Moulds

Captain Robbin Moulds is passionate about people and community. She has worked with disadvantaged people since her late teens, and believes it is only through community that people can find fulfilment.

A mother of two, she has been a Salvation Army Officer and Youth Programs Manager since 1996.  With her husband, Captain Paul Moulds, she redesigned and created the Oasis Youth Support Network in 1997.

In 2001, moved by needs of homeless people and youth in the inner city Robbin directed this passion into the creation of Streetlevel Mission - a ministry that reaches out to the marginalised and disadvantaged people of Inner City Sydney.  This innovative service offers a Friday night street church, internet cafe, showers, laundry facilities, clothing, a wholesale food market, growth groups, prayer ministry and practical assistance to thousands of disadvantaged people.   Most significantly Streetlevel seeks to build a community where people are valued and involved in all aspects of the ministry.  For the past 10 years, Robbin has also hosted a Christmas Day lunch, now attended by well over 1000 people.

A passionate communicator, Robbin is committed to extending the concept of community to connect the rich and the poor in ways they could have never imagined.

Paul Moulds

Paul Moulds has wanted to dedicate his life to helping young people since venturing onto the streets aged 19 as a young idealistic youth worker in a holiday job for The Salvation Army.

His journey has led him to work in different roles with youth at Wesley Mission, Mission Australia and eventually as Director of the Oasis Youth Support Network.

Recognised for his expertise and understanding of the complex issues surrounding youth homelessness, Paul has advised governments on policy and created innovative youth programs. His greatest passion remains working face to face with the young people Oasis supports. Paul believes that every young person can be helped, no matter how addicted or damaged. The depth of connection with those he helps has meant Oasis becomes "family" to a multitude of dispossessed young people.

Paul also runs a street church every Friday night in partnership with his wife Captain Robbin Moulds. Despite the demands of the work, Paul manages to balance having his own family. His son Nathan is following in his footsteps as a worker for The Salvation Army supporting some of Sydney's most needy. Paul is a determined advocated for creating a more just Australian society, where marginalised young people have access to the support and services they need.
