How Do I Apply

To apply for Edify's Certificate IV in Youth Work course please download, print and complete the form below. Then return it via post, email or fax with completed reference form (your referee can mail their completed form seperately if they would  like) to:

One of the Edify team will then contact you to confirm receipt of your application, before contacting your referee and inviting you for an interview (this can be done via telephone if you don't live in NSW). This is a no pressure chat designed to discuss your application and provide you with further information about the Edify Program and the Oasis Youth Support Network.
