Eastlakes operates under the wider Salvation Army practice of Volunteer screening. There are four steps to a vounteer applicant:

 

1. Agreeing to and signing The Code of Conduct

2. Completing the Application for Ministry Form (from level 2 of C4K) or your employment agreement (for paid employees)

3. Complete C4K Ministry Training

4. Complete your state or territory's Working With Children Check
