E-Kiosks
The E-Kiosks are touch-screen information points that parents can use to access information regarding services and resources available in their local community. They are located at each of the Designated Family Centres.
Warm Phones
Warm phones are a direct phone line to the Family Support Office at Centrelink. They are located in a private space, and allow parents to contact Centrelink without using all of their mobile phone credit when they are placed on hold,
Parent Diary
The annual Parent Diary is a joint project between Early Childhood Australia and Communities for Children. The diary has daily listings of events happening in the local community, as well as handy hints like play dough recipes or nursery rhyme words.
Dialogue of Discovery
The Dialogue of Discovery resource is a conversational process that invites open discussion for listening to differing views, examining, thinking, and exploring new ways of doing for Early Years Professionals.
