Junior Soldiers/Tribe

Junior Soldiers are young people usually eight years and over who have decided to follow Jesus Christ and his way for their lives. They are junior members of The Salvation Army and wear a special uniform and badge that show their commitment to God through The Salvation Army. Junior Soldiers meet on Sunday mornings at 8.45am in our Park Street complex, prior to our Sunday worship gathering.

 

Tribe is for youth in the 12-16 age group who meet at 6.30pm on Thursday nights. It is an exciting and encouraging time, as issues and topics affecting teenagers in the 21^st century are discussed. These include making and keeping friends, managing school, and how to live a life with the principles and power of Jesus Christ.
