Description

This course aims to provide students with an understanding and experience of the chaplain's role to assist clients in identifying and utilising spiritual, religious and moral strengths and resources meaningful and appropriate for them. The course provides training in targeted, client-focussed communication and effective interaction. Training will also cover how to provide assistance and support in situations of crisis, grief, loss and other similar life experiences, intervention, referral and advocacy.

We are currently underway with having this course nationally accredited. Consequently the list of units below may be subject to change.
