Ever wanted to work as a store assistant in your favourite clothing, supermarkets or food outlet? Then this is the course for you!! This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in a range of activities and functions requiring basic retail operational knowledge and limited practical skills in a defined context. You will learn all the skills associated with operating retail equipment and how to work effectively in a Retail environment. You will be trained to interact effectively with customers; You will also be introduced to the fundamentals of sales, stock control and safe working practices. |
