Engagement and communication

Successful implementation depends on the active participation of every part of the Army. Creating a sense of participation, commitment, teamwork at all levels is critical to sustaining this new direction.

There will be many opportunities to participate. Engagement of the territory in this journey is continuing with conversations occuring in:

• Territorial leadership

• Territorial and Divisional Headquarters
• Officers councils
• Social services
• Aged Care Plus

• Interest groups and special segments of The Salvation Army community

Organisational focus

The organisation will be continuing to realign to realise the Mission Priorities. The momentum for renewal is both spiritual and organisational. We will be working to sustain the effort for continuous improvement in our organisation including the streamlining of administration where ever possible. We will also be looking to support and reinforce TSA culture and values.
